EasyLuvia does not collect personal user data by default.
The App only uses certain system permissions strictly to enable core functionality.

  • INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
    Used to load website links and check network connectivity.

  • RECORD_AUDIO
    Used only for voice input features such as Notepad or QR-related functionality.
    Audio data is not recorded, stored, or shared with any third party.

  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS
    Used to notify users about new links, app updates, or feature improvements.

3. Default and Customizable Links

  • EasyLuvia includes default links to popular websites such as YouTube, Facebook, and Google.

  • Users may remove default links and add their own custom URLs.

  • Links containing 18+ or inappropriate content are not permitted within the App.

4. Purpose of Permission Usage

Permissions are used solely to:

  • Save and manage user-selected website links

  • Improve app functionality, performance, and stability

  • Notify users about updates or new features

5. Data Sharing

  • EasyLuvia does not sell, rent, or share personal data or saved URLs with third parties.

  • Any cloud services (such as Firebase) are used only for app management and improvement purposes.

6. Contact Us & Feedback

EasyLuvia provides Contact Us and Feedback options within the App.

When users choose to contact us, they may voluntarily provide:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Description of the issue or feedback

This information is used only to:

  • Understand user issues or suggestions

  • Provide support or possible solutions

  • Respond via email when necessary

Providing this information is completely optional, and users are not required to submit feedback to use the App.
Collected information is never sold or misused and is used strictly for support and app improvement.

7. User Control

  • Users can edit or delete saved links at any time.

  • Default links can be modified or removed.

  • Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from the device.

8. Children’s Privacy

EasyLuvia is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data.
However, no digital system can guarantee 100% security.

10. Firebase & Admin Panel Usage

EasyLuvia uses Firebase services for admin panel control, analytics, app management, and performance monitoring.

Firebase may automatically collect limited non-personal or technical data, such as:

  • App usage and interaction data

  • Approximate (non-precise) location

  • Crash logs and error reports

  • Purchase history (if applicable)

  • Analytics and device identifiers

This data is used to:

  • Monitor app stability and performance

  • Identify and fix technical issues

Firebase data is used only in aggregated or anonymized form and is not used to directly identify individual users.

All Firebase data is handled according to Google Firebase’s Privacy Policy.
